Training is once a week at four local venues including Heathmont S.C., Aquinas College, Ringwood S.C. and Maroondah Stadium between the times of 5pm and 9pm depending on the age group. All players regardless of skill or age level are encouraged to develop their basketball skills through these training sessions.
